How long does it take to get started?
Once you request an account, one of our consultants will be in touch to complete your set-up. We’ll typically contact you within 24 hours and will have you set up in a business day or two.
Why do I have to talk to a real person?

By making sure NewsBeat is only used by reputable businesses practicing permission-based marketing, we give your emails a much better chance of avoiding the spam folder.
Second, we want to make sure you’ve got a good design for your email newsletter. Whether you're using one of our free templates or we're doing a little custom work for you, we'll do our best to have you up and running in no time.
What if I need support?
NewsBeat has a lot of detailed information built right into the application. Just look for the “help” button at the upper right of the page. On top of that, we're always happy to answer any question you may have. Just email helpme@newsbe.at.
Can NewsBeat integrate with my website?
Of course! NewsBeat will automatically generate the code you need to add a newsletter sign-up form to your site. Once you start sending out your newsletters, you can also easily add an archive of past messages.
Can my newsletter look like my website?
